Well I'm off to Las Vegas for a Conference; back next weekend. So I thought I'd leave you with some of my favorite reads over the past few weeks:

First: Have you seen the show "Heroes?" If so then be sure to check out Hiro's blog. It's a fictional blog (FULL OF SPOILERS) of the character named Hiro. He's a bit of a geeky gamer type so a lot of his references to story events are from the gamer's perspective. This one made me laugh out loud:

Note to all my fellow gamers. In a game, you see a weapon on the floor, you pick it up. In real life, you see a weapon on the floor, probably not a good idea to pick it up.

A live journal discussion about possible WoW license plates

Forum Post - I Played WoW and Became a Terrorist - a great read which you may have found already. I just had to post it because I too met someone in game from Canada and took a trip to visit. (/wave Durn). Plus this guy is hysterical. Had I been stopped and questioned IRL by a government official, I'm not sure I would've had the wit to respond like this:

"What kind of game is this?"
"It's a fantasy game ... it takes place online."
"Fantasy ... like it's got wizards and warlocks?"
"Well, it's got warlocks." (And they need to be nerfed.)
